Pura Vida!
Hi, I’m Paul. I currently live in the Boston area and hope to be an expat in Costa Rica within the next 4-5 years. I first went to Costa Rica in 2004 and like so many others I fell in love with the area, the people, the wildlife and the Pura Vida. Since that trip I have been back over a half dozen times, the last 4 times with my family. And they have also fallen in love with this special place.
Since my first time there I always had a far away fantasy about maybe moving there someday. Well, that time has now come, and the fantasy is turning into a reality. Given all that has happened in this country in the last few years, we’ve decided to move to a happier place, a more peaceful place, a place with a more relaxed and chill state of mind, and a place surrounded by natural beauty. I hope to use these pages to document the journey and to collect resources and tips along the way. Pura Vida!
